Over all a good stay, I was not happy that although Expedia advertised a higher floor if you booked that “superior” room and it’s the reason why I booked it when I got to the hotel they stated that is not the case. I see that as false advertising, however the front desk did accommodate a higher floor because one was available. I feel like this is something both Expedia and the hotel need to be on the same page as it can be disappointing paying for a “view” on a higher floor when this is not even guaranteed. Other than that happy with the hotel. Staff if courteous and rooms are clean. Location is excellent.

This was the first time we stayed below the highest floor and were taken at the sound of water flowing down the pipes from the room above. We actually thought there was a qater leak somewhere in our unit at first but quickly realised where the sound was coming from. In the future, we will book the top floor as in the past. Other than that, we're happy with the property and staff!
