La habitación...la ubicación...todo excelente...mi problema fue que no pudieron o no quisieron extender mi estadía una noche más, lo que me obligó a desocupar mi habitación...la 905...hacer una nueva reserva (¡por menos dinero!) y esperar hasta las 4 pm porque mi nueva habitación, la 805, no estaba lista a la hora del check in...todo esto no tenía sentido para mí...las habitaciones eran idénticas.

The room was spotless; It was cleaned daily with fresh towels, coffee and clesn sheets! Room was beautiful as well as spacious. All the staff were corteous and helpful. Big shot out to Julian, Mariana y Fernanda; they made sure I enjoyed my stay and went out of their way to assist me with getting places. THEY DESERVE RECOGNITION!!!! Gracias.

Had to ask for toilet paper. Staff very un friendly. With the exception of one gentlemen. No one very had a smile. Morning breakfast very limited selection. No coffee refills. Towels only changed when asked. Will never stay there again.

Urbit social lots the place to stay. Great Stay and great room ,very clean ,staff was great ,great view from the window too, Its in a great neighborhood with plenty to do. Is also easy to get to major attractions lots of restaurants and places to walk too. I Definity would recommend this as the place to stay in Medellin Columbia
