No me hospedo otra vez ni lo recomiendo. Lo bueno es que el servicio muy bueno en la recepción, la vista del rooftop y los cocteles buenos. La comida no me gustó, el desayuno es más o menos. La habitación es amplia pero no tiene luz, no tiene espejo grande, se escucha todo de la habitación del lado, la ducha no tiene donde agarrar tu cosas de haceo. La ubicación está perfecta si quieres ir al Poblado. Lo siento pero no me gustó.

Staff was friendly, room was spotless and comfortable. Pleasantly surprised that the noise from the rooftop bar didn’t bother us at all however we hear our loud neighbours clearly which did bother. Also the lighting in the room and bathroom was terrible which made getting ready difficult

The Somos Hotel was a wonderful stay! The rooms were beautiful and spotless! Just as important was the staff. They were super friendly and helpful. It means a lot when the every staff member really wants to make your stay enjoyable. I mean everyone from the front desk team to the restaurant team to the bartenders on the amazing rooftop bar! Highly recommend and will be one of my go to spots. Plus, location is perfect within a few steps of everything. Highly recommend! Gracias, Somos Team!!!!

Pros: Location & just the size of the room Cons: Absolutely everything else. Upon check in- there was no towels in the room, not even toilet roll. We had to go downstairs, ask for & bring everything up ourselves. House keeping make the beds and do literally nothing else. No vacuuming or mopping. Sheets with stains on them. The rooftop bar is tiny and drinks are overpriced. Breakfast is limited and not great. No idea how this hotel has had such good reviews. So very disappointing!
