Very quite and cute house
It's the two upper floors of a very cute house in a quiet neighborhood. I love how quiet and peaceful it was, but also not too far from amenities. It was a short walk to Mall Laureles. It has a washing machine, and a cute little patio and a full kitchen, though I didn't cook while there. The wifi worked perfectly. The host was great, and checked in on me frequently. There was a small issue with hot water but he was on it. Definitely recommend.

Great stay in Medellin
We loved staying in Giulio’s house in Medellin.
There’s plenty of space and a lovely outside patio. We discovered an amazing place just a few blocks away called Genetica del cafe. Delicious coffee, croissants, yogurt fruit bowls, waffles etc and friendly staff. Thank you, Giulio, for your hospitality.

Clean and quiet neighborhood
I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Giulios property. It was clean, quiet in a very nice neighborhood. I also liked that the house was within walking distance of a main road with many businesses, restaurants and public transportation. Additionally, Giulio the owner communicated well with me, I appreciated him and I would definitely stay at La America again. Thank you
