I could give you 5 stars but….. Everything was great, except early in the morning when I was ready to go to the airport, I asked the receptionist if I have time to have a cup of coffee and she told me that I didn’t have time to drink a cup of coffee and the transportation chofer offered me the cup of coffee without hesitation. El chofer muy educado y amable!

I overnighted at this hotel after a long flight. It's super close to the airport, clean, and well appointed. The staff are all very kind, and I enjoyed the breakfast as well as a tasty dinner. In fact, when I couldn't finish my dinner (the portion was large), a thoughtful staff member held it aside for me in their fridge. It's a perfect spot for convenience and to feel well taken care of.

Room was clean, good quality beds, was able to borrow a fan from the front desk. Employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We don't speak Spanish so have had challenges in communicating at times, but they have always been able to help us understand and communicate with them.
