Nice and clean hotel, easy access to town.

The hotel room in particular is clean and secure. Most of the family and businessman stay in this hotel. Swimming pool is clean and well maintained. The crews are alert and polite.

ホテルの部屋は綺麗で、何も問題はありません。 朝食もビュッフェで色々な料理があり美味しかったです。 部屋に冷蔵庫が無かったのは残念。 ホテル内にカフェ、レストランがあるが、近くにコンビニは見当たらなかった。 車で２分～３分位（歩いたら１０分位かなと思う）にレストラン街があり、食事には困らなかった。

最速チェックアウト

非常に具合の悪い中少しでもリラックスできればと行ったホテル。 チェックインしようとしたらまだできません、の一点張り。 あまりの高熱に耐えかねソファーに寝ていたら、ここでは寝ないでくださいと。とても辛いのでチェックインはまだできないのか、と聞いたら、できません、それだけ言っていなくなった。でもさっきから見ているとどんどんチェックインしてるけど。 普通、今聞いてきますね、とか飲み物(ウェルカムドリンク)でもお持ちしましょうか？とかするよね。 それに客が具合悪いって言ってるのを上から見下ろしてなにも対策せずに無視できる、コンシェルジュとしての心構えはいかがなものでしょう？ 具合が悪かったので、化粧もせず、着ているものも家からそのまま、もちろん髪もバサバサだったので、見かけで客を判断しているとすぐ分かった。 待っている間もどんどんチェックインしている様子。 別の聞きに言ったらそのままどうぞ！と。 何のために具合が悪い中超待たされていたんだ。 なんとかチェックインして部屋に行ったら、窓の下に何ヶ月？何年？あるのかというようなパンツが落ちてる。。 見なかったことにして、ルームサービスを頼んだ。 運んでくれたスタッフは感じが良かったけど、食事は不味かった。。。 ここにいた方が具合が悪くなりそうなので、2時間もせずチェックアウト。 先ほどのコンシェルジュの方が対応。 彼女の英語がはっきりしないので、とにかくチェックアウト、と言ったら、半腰になり立ち上がり、椅子に座る私に向かって3センテンス、上から見下ろしながら怒りを露わに喋った。興ざめ。よくここまで客のことを見下せるよね。 内容は要は返金できないよってこと。2時間もしないでチェックアウトって言ってるんだよ、それだけで何かあったかとか少しは気にしてもいいよね。 ただにされても二度と泊りたくないホテル。 こんなにバカにされて気持ちいい客がいると思ってるのか。 たった一人二人の高飛車な態度が一生懸命働く他のホテルスタッフの評価まで下げてしまう。

I was disturbed 3 times by the front desk staff who was alerted by the smoke detector , they called me at 22:00, 23:00 pm and 03:00 am , asking me if I was smoking. The calls disturbed my sleep and caused me ended up sleepless . I was badly affected by the rude calls.
