The property is just okay. The hotel seemed very understaffed. One day for breakfast there was no coffee nor food and there was only one worker putting the food out. Phones in room didn’t work to call front desk. Water pressure was non existent. Front desk was made aware and nothing was done. I would not come back

This is a good hotel when traveling with family. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is good and location is convenient. The only caveat is that room cleaning is only done every other day.

We arrived late in the evening, front desk young lady was very nice. Room was decent, TV would not load to watch any channels. Restroom floor and shower was not the cleanest I’ve seen, still had dirty areas but was quiet for the one night we need it for.

I was suppose to have a King suite didn’t get they blamed on Orbitz, For 2 days never had Pool towels also needed towels for room had to ask 3 separate times before I got them. I’ve stayed here before and have always had a good experience. I need to find new Hotel after this experience
