My husband and i arrived early and the staff did allow us to check in early.. for that , i thank them. When housekeeping came into the room they did not close the room door completely which ledt our belongings exposed but thankfully nothing was missing. The bed creaked whenever anyone made the slightest movement which made it difficult to sleep.

I typically have stay in this property in the past because of it friendly pet policy. Last time I stay with my dog, they charge twice the fee for the dog, for no particular reason, when specify the front desk people could not help. Front desk people state the manager will help, but manager was never available. On this experience I will think twice before booking at this 'La Quinta' location.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It smells so bad from the momemt you walk in. It smells like pure urin smell. The rooms smell like severe mold / mildew smell. This is real bad. The guy at the front desk is like oh we have sensors in the room to detect that when i asked for another room. Theres no way. I told him to pleaae come smell himself. The second room is just as bad. We even paid for the bigger room. Never again.
