We had a very good stay and the property owner is a vey nice person unfortunately he is not not in town However the cleaning lady is a very nasty person .She is not doing a good job cleaning the place and have a very bad attitude.She was the only thing we had as a hick up otherwise the place is nice and located in a very secure neighborhood.. I will stay there again without that problem cleaning lady

On a été très bien accueilli par Lamine. La maison est belle, bien décorée et bien située dans un très belle résidence de vacances. (Bien que nous préférons être plus au milieu de la vie locale comme à Saly Niakhniakhal). La piscine est bien sûr très agréable, surtout la partie supérieur où on peut s'asseoir et boire un coup par exemple. Mais!; Pas d'ombre à côté de la piscine donc difficile de faire usage des transats. Pas de salon extérieur (et il me semblait que sur les photos c'était le cas car une de mes critères de réservation), La terrasse est très étouffante comme d'ailleur la maison Il y a que de la clim ( 2 fonctionnelles sur 4 pendant notre séjour, celle du salon HS) Ce qui a fait que la maison était pour nous moins confortable qu'espéré. Puis nous n'avons jamais payé autant pour l'éléctricité. Pour comparaison quasiment 5 x le prix où, on était pour la même durée, la semaine précédente.

Location à la hauteur de nos attentes. Maison impeccable avec ce qu'il faut. Serviettes tasses cuillères etc... Accueil chaleureux avec des personnes aux grands cœurs. Séjour inoubliable complétement dépaysant avec un paysage agréable. Toute notre famille a été vraiment enchantée par notre séjour dans cette villa. Très bien située dans un écrin de verdure et entourée de plantes tropicales la villa est très calme et très bien entretenue. Toute équipée nous n'avons manqué de rien et un grand merci au personnel de la maison et en particulier à Ouly la gouvernante qui s' est très bien occupée de nous. mon amie et moi allons chaque annee 15 jours a saly; nous louions une autre maison a tropical parc depuis plusieurs annees; celle ci n etant plus donnee a bail cette annee, nous avons contacte Mr lammens, proprietaire de la maison 47 du lotissement. Accueil sympathique et tres regulier. Maison agreable avec belle petite piscine,jardin fleuri et abrite des voisins et passants;ouly,femme de menage, tres gentille et Lamine ,le taxi, ponctuel et efficace.Nous escomptons bien y retourner l annee prochaine. Le Sénégal est un pays magique. Nous avons trouvé pour notre séjour à la villa océane un condensé de la gentillesse et de la joie de vivre dans ce pays. Un grand merci à Ouly la gouvernante pour nous avoir concocté des plats traditionnels de son pays et pour sa gentillesse. Lamine le pisciniste et Moussa le jardinier qui ont la passion de leur métier. Enfin la villa est très belle et le cadre magnifique et calme. Nous venons au Sénégal tous les ans et nous reviendrons surement dans cette villa

Ma famille et moi avons passé 10 jours dans la villa Océane. La villa est située dans une résidence ( Tropical PArc) très calme et idéale pour passer ses vacances ne toute tranquillité. Points faibles: l'une des seules villas qui n'avait pas de courant pendant les coupures (qui sont fréquentes à Saly) infiltrations d'eaux dans les chambres quand il pleut Points forts: cadre très agréable et calme Ouly, la gérante est très disponible,ultra gentille et prépare super bien.

Superbe villa , rien a redire .Tout est dans le résumé il n'y a pas de surprise . Tout l'équipement est largement suffisant ,la villa est très bien meublée , avec bonne literie , moustiquaire dans chaque chambre .Cette villa est dans une très belle copropriété , très calme , avec superbe piscine commune et le plus vous avez une piscine juste devant la terrasse de la villa c'est génial . Ouly la femme de ménage , nous a préparée de super plats sénégalais , Moussa le jardinier est très gentil ainsi que le pisciniste .Nous connaissions déjà Saly pour y ètre venus 6 fois en un an et demi . Restaurants à recommander : Safari Beach en bord de mer , tous les mercredis et dimanches il y a un très bon orchestre et les menus supers .Après Chez Marie , le Petit Zing avec des soirées avec chanteuse , et karaoké , la Riviera avec aussi des soirées et je crois le mercredi soirée Marocaine .Je recommande cette location pour famille , ou couple . Les photos de l'annonce sont exactes a la réalité . Bravo a Monsieur Lammens pour ce coin de paradis qui se trouve près des commerces . Je me languies de repartir au Sénégal , c'est un pays formidable et les Sénégalais sont très accueillants . Nous avons bpc de connaissances .Nous sommes comme chez nous .

séjour exceptionnel

une villa qui tient ses promesses et vous réserve un séjour merveilleux :. spacieuse, bien équipée et chaleureuse (à l image de ce pays), des cascades de fleurs et une agréable piscine les différentes terrasses, ombragées ou ensoleillées permettent à chacun de trouver son bonheur : bronzette ou sieste le personnel est compétent et à nos petits soins. Oulie cuisine merveilleusement bien et nous a fait découvrir les spécialités de son pays (demandez lui de vous faire une lotte ou un tiof ... juste un délice), Moussa le jardiner vous décrochera même une noix de coco ... la résidence est parfaitement sécurisée, les seuls vendeurs ambulants sont le poissonnier, la marchande de fruits et légumes et le boulanger ce qui vous permet d avoir des produits frais directement à la villa . un merveilleux séjour dans un pays ou la chaleur humaine est impressionnante .
