Overall, it is a very nice resort. The rooms are modern and those facing the ocean have amazing views. The only negative is that the rooms could benefit from having a small fridge. Out of the three hotels we booked, it was the only one that didn’t have a fridge. Adding a fridge would make this hotel 10/10. We also liked the activities around the pool and the restaurant offered a menu a la carte or a buffet. The coffee shop was a nice touch for those that enjoy an espresso or americano. One thing we think would be beneficial is offering an English menu in the restaurant. Would we recommend the Viaggio, definitely!

The property was great. Clean and well maintained with courteous and helpful staff. However, the constant loud music from the beach was unbearable. 8 am to 10 pm every day, all day, non stop, multiple bands, playing multiple songs while the resort blares its own music. It was not relaxing despite the scenic ocean view.

The ocean view room was spectacular and seeing such beautiful sunsets was tip of the iceberg. The only issue we found was there was a band that played in front of the hotel daily that was very loud.

Great location, close to dining out, shopping and night life. This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are clean and comfy. Enjoyed the entertainment staff at the pool and particulary Jose who was our waiter at the pool. Received superb service from Jose. I will definately return to this property.

Beautiful new hotel. Great comfortable beds. Pools are heated and you’re right by the beach watching the water and sunsets. Drink and food Pool staff attentive. If you want to rest watching TV, multiple movie channels. We loved our four days there. Close to everything you need!

Our experience at Viagio Resort was excellent. The restaurant and pool side waiters were very attentive, gracious and kind. The activities coordinator had lots of fun activities planned for the pool area. The ocean view rooms have a beautiful view. The location to the beach was wonderful and the resort is close to many restaurants and a Fresh Market Grocery store. I highly recommend this resort. My husband and i will definitely stay here again.
