We had a great stay! Satin our front desk clerk was the best! She made check-in so quick, easy, she was very delightful! We found some issues with our room & she took care of things immediately & was very helpful & courteous. We talked with manager Raven & she was also very friendly & helpful. Overall was a great stay!

No soap…. Staff person went out of his way to try to find soap finally found some liquid soap. He could put on the wall for me, but otherwise there was no soap by the bathroom sink. The bathroom floor was very sticky. I ended up wiping it down with some wipes and then it was OK. The bed was very comfortable and the staff people were very nice. Very convenient and nice area. It was in but an older motel.

This was a whole month stay for us and we cannot find a complaint about anything even if we wanted. We wish to particularly praise the helpful and friendly stuff at breakfast (miss Bee) and behind the counter. We shall stay in this hotel in future.

The pool filter did not work. There were hairballs on the top. Before I seen that I filled the water and it was too cold for our smallest child to even get in. Breakfast was not impressive. The scrambled eggs had some weird flavoring to them in the bacon had hardly been warmed up. Breakfast is a zero*

Great price, very close to Botanical gardens and the zoo. It was a great location to shopping, restaurants and Meijer. The mattresses are not very comfortable and the rooms needs more outlets by the bed. A mirror by the desk would be helpful to get ready for the day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you Satin for making us fresh coffee when we arrived.

It was a decent hotel.
