The room was great and most of the staff were fantastic. But there was one woman who gave us a hard time for sitting in the common area. She said that it was not a public space. She also was dismissive when I asked her about my Hilton Honors points.

Front desk was very friendly with a quick check in process . Our room was large with 2 double beds that were quite comfortable with soft pillows. Bathroom was large and clean. Highly recommend!

Check in rep was dismissive and robotic. Room outdated, bathroom in need of repair and upgrades. TV out of date, cable only. , no way to stream any content. Wi-Fi didn’t work, using password provided took me through multiple web pages and forms and I gave up. Overall, I won’t come back.

I stayed in a clean and spacious corner room with a king bed. Located near a grocery store & shopping plaza off near the highway. Location was useful but not super scenic but close to beautiful areas. Breakfast was good and the dining area was large and had a cozy area to sit with a fireplace. Coffee and tea were available all the time near check in which was nice.

Friendly helpful staff, clean room, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, nice central location for travel in many directions… Cons: -the black out curtains did not reach the windowsill so light crept in right at eye level in the morning. Also they did not overlap and we had to close them with a hair-clip. -No snack shop in the lobby- just vending machines that only take singles. The front desk kindly made change for us. -The saline pool smelled weird… -we booked another night and I called the front desk early in the morning to keep the same room, and they said it was ok, i checked-in online and all looked good, so we went back to sleep and then the front desk kept calling because it wasn’t going through on her end and said i had to come down… so i did and then showed her that it worked on my app and she said oh, ok then. Aargh
