The staff was really accommodating and kind. The hotel was in poor repair. Signage reminiscent of COVID, rusted toilet paper holders in the bathroom, very uncomfortable pillow and bed. I wish I spent the extra $30 for the hotel next door.

Comfortable stay in Matamoras

Overnight stop during travel. Clean, comfortable bed and stay. The only things notable that I didn't like were that the desk chair was very uncomfortable with a hard edge that cut into my thigh, and they used some sort of perfume when cleaning -- I would have preferred none. Would have liked to be able to open the window a bit for Covid safety and to air it out. Dark hallway. Good breakfast variety. I should have booked directly at the hotel as the desk was quoting rates ~$275 rather than the $330 + taxes we were charged through this site.
