Friendly welcoming staff and a homely feel to the hotel. Whatever we asked for was brought and reservations made for restaurants in an obliging manner. Colombo 7 is a very convenient area to stay as it’s not far from most places you want to go.

Met at Reception by the friendly Reception staff who made the check-in process really easy. Room was as exactly as the photos portrayed. Spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom. Location was perfect as it was close enough to the Lake but quiet. Perfect for a stay in Kandy.

Clean room as was the whole hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Excellent pool area with amazing views over Kandy. Very good tower and bedroom linen.
