Great staff and very clean room. However we were given a room with a sink and bathtub that would not drain. The shower had a large crack in it as well. As much as we paid for our one night (which was a bit ridiculous in price but only decent hotel available), the sink and bathtub should have worked properly. The staff being so friendly and attentive is the only reason it was 3 stars and not lower.
