In the past years, we stayed in numurous hotels in JB and more in other Asian countries, Renaissance Hotel JB was the only hotel that granted late check-out up to 2.00pm for all the 4 rooms I booked. The staff were really wonderful and accommodating. The pool was great for my kids. The rooms were spacious. However the rooms felt dusty. The overhead shower dripped. The housekeeping service was literally just make the beds. Bins weren't emptied. Room felt dated and dusty. It's a contrast to other marriott properties we've stayed at
