I am still upset that I paid twice as much for my room as what was advertised online, the hotel said there was nothing they could do since that was the rate I reserv3d under Hotel.com. The hotel didn't clean our room at all.

We could not sleep due to the loud banging all night and morning on the fourth floor. Also the elevator was down and it was difficult to climb the steps with bags , small children and knee injury. We ended leaving early. Other than that the suite was a god size and comfortable

Pool is closed!

Pool is closed! Don't be fooled when they tell you they have a pool, they do not have one that is open. My kids and many others were disappointed.
