We checked in the first room it smelled like they where cover up a bad smell the manager came and said yes that smell is to bad to stay so they gave us another room that room had bed bugs the Magee said that mattress was replaced a week ago. We did not stay they said they would refund our money but they kept a hold on it had to have the credit card company release it. I would never stay again and would not recommend it and please everybody check your mattresses for bedbugs ever just stay at a hotel.

Nice property.

Check in was good. Room was clean. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable but clean. We put the towels we needed to exchange in the tub as asked, but didn’t receive replacement for the bath mat or facecloths. We made do, as we were busy with family, so we probably could have called the front desk for more. Room was spacious. We were across from the elevator, but we didn’t notice it in the room. Quiet at night. A bit nervous about loitering bar customers in the back parking lot, but security was obvious the first night. Restaurant was delicious. Staff was polite for all amenities. We didn’t have time for the waterpark, but if we bring the grandchildren to Saskatoon, we will stay here again just for them to play in the waterpark, it looked like fun for the kids. Overall, we would stay there again.

Please save yourself and do not stay here. The pictures of this property are extremely misleading. For over $200 a night, we expected a clean, well maintained hotel stay. But when we arrived, it was immediately apparent that the property is old, dirty and smelled terrible. Our bed linens were pilling, crumbs in the sheets, hair on the towels, stains on the floor, walls and chairs. Paint was chipping off the walls, sink was broken and garbage don the hallways. Internet only worked for a few hours. Kids enjoyed the water park but not worth the price of a night’s stay. The staff were very friendly but overall, this hotel needs major work. We won’t stay here again.

Very loud next to the busy road. The beds are like hammocks supper uncomfortable. Room cleanliness is very questionable stains on walls and mold in the shower. Only positive was the water park
