The accommodation was clean on arrival and well presented. Unfortunately the service was minimal. Staff did not clean, wash our towels or even deliver toilet roll to our rooms when requested as we ran out. My husband was asked to come to reception and collect it. There was a washing machine and we laundered our own towels. The spa was ok, would not make me visit. The stay was pleasant, the pool and area of the hotel were good. The level of service was extremely basic for a hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Pool area was nice and private access to the Jamaica beach was a bonus. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Would definitely return in the future.
