The staff were amazing, the hotel is really nice and has great spa and amenities. The location is perfect, we had the perfect stay!

Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano: Pet-friendly hotel with free breakfast and free WiFi. Located in the business district.
The reservation was made 10 months in advance and still received a room that was less than desirable. The room’s furnishings were tired. The room was in a noisy part of the hotel which overlooked a warehouse and trucking operation.
