Close to the sea, this apartment has an ideal setting for a stay under the sun of the French Riviera, a magnificent swimming pool and located a few steps from a pebble beach, the rental offers you the luxury to choose between sea and swimming pool to refresh yourself.
The spacious and bright apartment is air conditioned and fully furnished, with bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen area, bathroom, separate WC and terrace.
This spacious T2 apartment of 40 m² very well furnished is located on the 1st floor. A beautiful 13 m² terrace will allow you to make the most of your evenings and our beautiful region.
Layout:
A bedroom with 1 bed of 160 * 200, an entrance with 2 bunk beds of 80 * 190, a living room with a convertible sofa BZ of 140 * 190.
The kitchen area is equipped with a large fridge / freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, utensils and dishes.
For all reservations, a deposit of € 600 will be given when you enter the premises.
If the apartment is not made clean, a cleaning fee of 30 € will be applied to you.
Swimming pool: You have access to the swimming pool (with showers and external WC), it consists of an adult part and a paddling pool.

Super logement! A recommander!
Très bel appartement très fonctionnel et très bien équipé.
Petit bémol en raison du bruit de la route et de la plage à proximité qui n'est pas vraiment une plage...
Mais possibilité de trouver de belles plages à courte distance en voiture et la piscine est grande et agréable.
En revanche rapports quasi amicaux avec le propriétaire archi disponible et réactif.
Quant à la visite des Calanques avec le propriétaire, je la recommande vivement. Pour un budget plus que raisonnable, nous avons passé un après-midi en mer inoubliable.
Encore MERCI à Christophe pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.
