Amazing Place

The apartment was clean and well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure was a bit low periodically, but not a problem. The air-conditioning could have been colder, it stopped at 20⁰. The staff on site were extremely helpful and friendly. Tge views from the roof are the best in the city, simply stunning. All in all an amazing place to stay.

Really good location, nice place, great breakfast on rooftop. It's co-work, co-living space so the vibe isn't very French (so that's the downside). But otherwise great.

Bien situé mais quelques dysfonctionnements

Le personnel est super et la chambre trÚs propre. Néanmoins le lit était trÚs petit pour deux personnes, l'ampoule du salon n'a jamais marché malgré le signalement à l'accueil, impossibilité de couper la clim malgré le réglage sur le panneau de contrÎle, la lumiÚre automatique dans la salle de bain n'est pas pratique surtout la nuit. L'appartement est trÚs bien situé dans un quartier sympa et proche du vieux port.

Communication atroce

Avant mon arrivĂ©e, j'ai appelĂ© pour avoir deux lits sĂ©parĂ©s. Suite Ă  mon appel et au message vocal que j’ai laissĂ©, je n’ai reçu aucun retour. MĂȘme constat aprĂšs le message envoyĂ© ici : aucune rĂ©ponse. À notre arrivĂ©e Ă  l’hĂŽtel vers 12h, j’ai demandĂ© Ă  avoir deux lits simples. On m’a alors informĂ© que ce n’était pas possible car seules des chambres avec lits doubles Ă©taient disponibles, mais qu’un lit d’appoint pourrait ĂȘtre ajoutĂ© lors du check-in. À notre entrĂ©e dans la chambre, aucun lit d’appoint n’avait Ă©tĂ© installĂ©. Lors de notre dĂ©part pour dĂźner Ă  19h, j’ai signalĂ© ce point Ă  la personne Ă  l’accueil, qui m’a simplement rĂ©pondu qu’elle allait « vĂ©rifier ». À notre retour Ă  22h10, en entrant, nous avons croisĂ© la mĂȘme personne de l’accueil, qui Ă©tait en train de partir. Aucune remarque ne nous a Ă©tĂ© faite. Une fois dans la chambre : toujours aucun lit d’appoint, et personne Ă  l’accueil pour rĂ©soudre la situation. J’ai alors appelĂ© le numĂ©ro d’urgence : la personne au bout du fil m’a dit qu’elle allait me rappeler. À ce jour, je n’ai toujours eu aucun retour.

Déception sur l agencement de la chambre, particuliÚrement l emplacement du lit coincé contre 2 murs rendant inconfortable l accÚs pour une des 2 personnes. Super concept d'appart dans le quartier vieux port

Tres bon emplacement dans le quartier du vieux port, tres facile d'acces de la gare st Charles. Architecture originale, tres bonne réhabilitation de cet ancien "grand magasin ". Systeme d'acces tres secur, intérieur des chambres tres bien conçu pour passer un bon sejour. Rooftop genial avec une vue unique sur ND de la garde, restauration possible . Equipe d'accueil jeune et dynamique, nous sommes ravis de notre sejour et recommandons vivement Babel Vieux Port
