The position - The villa is situated directly on the Lagoon of Marsala candidate to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can enjoy this spectacle of nature from our condo, this is why we think it is almost unique.

Marsala and Trapani Province offer history, art and culture, but also untouched nature and excellent cuisine. It is allowing easy access to world-class sites (Selinunte, Segesta, Agrigento), the medieval village of Erice, the Egadi Islands, the city of Trapani.

The Stagnone of Marsala is one of the best places in the world to practice Windsurfing and Kitesurfing, with several clubs nearby.

The Villa has a parking area, the garden and the first floor terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the sea.
On two levels: - the ground floor is the spacious living-dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, with sofa bed; - The first floor includes a large master bedroom, another bedroom with a bed (a bed) and loft bedroom and w. c.-shower.

We selected this property as a quiet get away after a long transatlantic cruise. And, we found a gem. Situated right across from the water, we enjoyed the afternoon breeze and long sunsets. The area is, aside from day traffic, very still without a lot of noise. It is so quiet, that we could faintly hear music from across the bay in Marsala. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I especially enjoyed the garden of desert plants that reminded us of the US SouthWest. The hosts were very charming and were absolutely responsive to our questions. For parking, we could park either in the gated driveway, or along the street - for which there is plenty of room/space without worry. We did not include the grandkids on this trip, but the house is kid friendly - should we find ourselves this way again, they are coming with us.

Spectacular

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The ocean views are stunning and the landscaping beautiful. Then the home itself has gorgeous tiles throughout. We loved our stay here and the hosts were fantastic.

Comfortable, spacious, quiet house with beautiful sea views.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house and especially liked the garden seating area in the morning and the upstairs balcony for sunset views in the evening. The hosts were very helpful and kind and even lent us their coffee machine. It was great just for relaxing but there are places to see nearby and we were very impressed with Mozia island and the Salt pans. The cycle track outside meant you could walk or cycle in safety. Thank you for a super stay.

Blissful stay in the Marsala Stagnone.

We had such a wonderful stay at this special house with a breathtaking view of the water from the main floor and the upstairs master bedroom. The home was large and comfortable. Our hosts were great and assisted us in any way we needed. The gardens were so beautiful, the house felt very safe and we could swim right out the front door and across the street. We also loved exploring Marsala and the Salt pans. Great restaurants and lovely warm winds for kite surfing made our 8 day stay here perfect. Would love to return and recommend the house highly.

The perfect spot to rest, relax and explore Western Sicily.

The villa is ideal for a couple but would easily accommodate a family of four. Spacious and comfortable just five minutes by car from central Marsala. Rosella and Teo are the perfect hosts - sharing ideas for visits, local knowledge and some delicious food! They also let us borrow bikes which ideal for the trip to the local gels terai. Easy days out include historic Erice, Segesta and Selinunte and a boat trip to the Egadi Islands is a must. Marsala is a delightful town to explore.

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Besonders der wunderschöne Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Mann konnte wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab Fahräder und eine leckere Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Am Rande der Insel mit viel Herz

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Die Vermieter sind äußerst hilfsbereit und gleichzeit unaufdringlich. Um uns einen Eindruck ihrer Lieblingsspeise zu vermitteln, bekamen wir sogar kulinarische Kostproben aus ihrer Küche. Wir haben uns äußerst wohlgefühlt in den vorhandenen Räumen. Schöne Lage an der Lagune, netter Vermieter, liebevoll angelegter Garten

Alles war sehr sauber. Netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Teo. Unschlagbar schöne Lage direkt an der Lagune mit teils spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Liebevoll angelegter Garten. Im Frühjahr (Mitte April) leider nachts noch etwas kühl und die "Zentralheizung" war jeweils eine Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion in den Schlafzimmern, sowie ein kleiner Heizlüfter für's Bad und die Wohnküche. Den Heizlüfter hat man abends durchlaufen lassen müssen, um nicht zu frieren. Ideales Sommerhaus! Auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen!

Die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge Siziliens

Tolles, sehr geräumiges Haus, fantastische Dachterrasse mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Wir saßen jeden Abend bis in die Nacht bei einem Glas Wein und haben dem Rauschen des Meeres und dem Plätschern der Boote gelauscht. Alle blitzblank sauber und gepflegt. Super nette Gastgeber, perfekt in der Kommunikation. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl, wie zu Hause gefühlt, vielen an Teo & Rosella siete molto gentili! Einziger Abstrich, die Distanz zu den wirklich schönen Stränden Siziliens.

Wspaniały widok na morze

Przestronny apartament z balkonem, ogrodem i bezpiecznym parkingiem. Zachody słońca można obserwować wprost z tarasu. Palmy w ogrodzie dają cień i odrobinę wytchnienia w upalne dni.
