The Stable is a beautifully renovated barn home located on the Twin Willows private estate in Mars Hill, North Carolina. Featuring open living spaces, rustic character, and scenic meadow views, this inviting home offers a warm and relaxed mountain retreat ideal for families, couples, and small groups.

During winter months, Twin Willows is conveniently located just two exits south of Hatley Pointe, which offers downhill skiing and family-friendly snow tubing. The Stable provides a cozy and comfortable home base for winter adventures, with space to gather, unwind, and enjoy quiet evenings after a day on the slopes.

The Stable offers privacy and comfort while still allowing guests to enjoy shared outdoor spaces across the estate. Optional on-site dining and seasonal events are available nearby when desired, offering flexibility between complete privacy and estate amenities.

Visiting our daughter, who is a senior at MHU. Excellent stay at The Stable. Super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the outside patio made for a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the Friday night music down by the Smoking Joe’s food truck area. We weren’t able to try the BBQ because it was Good Friday, but will definitely be there on our next visit. The huge kitchen island made cooking Easter Sunday dinner wonderful and made space for everyone to be together. I wish that we knew about The Stable when our daughter was a freshman!
