The Grand Riad and Spa is a gem. The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful, we felt like we were staying with friends. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfasts were freshly cooked and we had dinner on one night too which was delicious. The staff organised our airport pickups (recommend doing this) and helped with all of our queries. The rooftop is lovely for relaxing after sightseeing - everything was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again in Marrakech.

The rooms were small but very nice. The people at the front door were always accommodating and kind. Clean fresh towels and toilet paper every day. Beautiful pool and communal area. Only things that I was concerned about was how you could hear everything outside my room until about 11pm otherwise it was nice and quiet. As well as they charged us for one bottle of water a day which was a surprise since you would think the rooms would get fresh water daily. Otherwise absolutely no complaints!

We had an amazing stay and can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and utterly intimate. The riad itself is beautifully designed, blending traditional Moroccan style with modern comforts, creating a serene stay. What truly made our experience stand out, however, were the staff members, Oumaima and Marouane. Both were exceptional in every way. Oumaima greeted us with a smile that instantly made us feel at home, and her hospitality was second to none. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering personalized tips about the city. Marouane was equally amazing, his kindness and attention to detail made us feel like we were in the best of hands. If you're looking for a place that combines warmth and a personal touch, The Grand Riad and Spa is the place to be. Thank you again to Oumaima and Marouane for making our stay so memorable!

Such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad. From start to finish we enjoyed excellent service and kindness; nothing was too much trouble for Oumaima during the day and evening or Marouane during the night and at breakfast. They contacted us via email prior to our stay to provide information regarding an airport taxi transfer or dinner at The Riad. The organised airport taxi was stress free and we were greeted and personally escorted by Ouamaima to The Riad. Mint tea and treats awaited us, as well as a tour of The Riad before checking in to our beautifully clean, comfortable and well equipped room. We were given a map and recommendations on where to visit, where to eat and where to change money. Oumaima also gave us her WhatsApp number in case we needed anything, even on her day off! We enjoyed a drink on the terrace and only gave 2 hours notice for having a traditional Moroccan dinner freshly cooked at The Riad on our first night. This dinner, (a selection of traditional dips, bread and tagines) and the delicious traditional breakfasts (yoghurt, orange juice, fruit salad, breads and pancakes) were all freshly cooked and homemade by the resident chef. On our last day, we were welcome to stay in The Riad until our departure time after checkout, continuing to be looked after with tea and sweet treats. The organised airport taxi transfer and personal escort back to the pick up point was seamless. A beautiful stay in a crazy but great city! Thank you; so kind!

Room was clean and nice. The pillows were to big. Bathroom should have shower screen to avoid water going all. Was so disappointed to know they charged us for and extra bed which we were not infirmed of in the beginning. No complains about the staffs they were all brilliant!

It’s a beautiful riad that’s pretty much walking distance to the restaurants we went to and close to the main road where taxis could be hailed and tour vans met. The highlight of our stay is the awesome team of staff spearheaded by Oumaima who treated us with special care - from our arrival, booking our tour, arranging our rides - everything was clearly communicated and efficiently done. Highly recommend!

Nestled right in the heart of the Old City, the location couldn’t be more perfect — within walking distance of historic landmarks. The staff here are simply exceptional. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive concierge and housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. they always greeted us with a smile. Our room was spotless! The Grand Riad isn’t just a place to stay — it’s part of the Old City experience. I stayed at this Riad with family. We each had separate rooms, and each one was unique. The property was very clean. The staff was AMAZING!! When we arrived rather harried, they immediately asked us to relax and offered us tea. The staff-Ghislanne, Harwane and Yousef (I hope I spelled the names correctly) really treated us like family during our ENTIRE stay.

A lovely little riad just off the main drag making for easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were all wonderful and so helpful, arranging airport transfers & walking us to/from the taxis. The room was clean & very comfortable but a little worn in places. A big shout out to Marwane, Youssef & Ghizlane, thank you for making our first trip to Marrakesh so memorable!

An amazing stay !

Wow, what an amazing experience at the Grand Riad and Spa. The whole team were so welcoming and genuine and always on hand to offer advice. The Riad itself is beautiful and located close to all the attractions. Breakfast included fresh fruit and local breads which were so tasty! Overall, a great introduction to Marrakesh !
