The staff and service were amazing for this traditional Riad with two gardens, inner and outer. Much thanks for the welcome and orientation. The Riad garden is at least 10 degrees cooler and absolutely quiet and peaceful. Don't miss the lentil soup for breakfast - delicious.

This was one of my best trips ever!!! I got there tired and hot and the staff there treated me like a King. They couldn't have done more to welcome me, with the reception, the food, the cleanliness and space etc. Hassan gave me the tour and was super friendly and helpful and pointed out everything. Would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Unbelievable service

Stayed for 3 nights when arriving in Marrakech. The pick up from the airport was smooth and they ensured we arrived at the Riad without any drama. Easily worth the €20. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. They genuinely care about their guests experience. They even offered assistance if you wanted help negotiating (if wanted) in the souks & shops via WhatsApp. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and delicious. The location was convenient to the hustle of town, easy walking distance but just removed enough you couldn’t hear the noise of the Medina. If you are considering Riad Kaiss, stop your search and just book.

They are absolutely outstanding — warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Amazing place, run by amazing people. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, and the riad itself is so beautiful and peaceful, a quiet and green place in the centre of busy Marrakech. The hospitality is simply incredible. The staff (Badr, Fatima Zahra, Yassine, Yassine, and all the others, including servers and cleaners) made us feel so welcome, and were just truly outstanding. This place has my highest recommendation.
