Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
They did not accommodate us because their account with Expedia was suspended, so we had to find another Hotel in the middle of the night. I agreed with a Expedía’s assistant to get my money back. Very disappointed with both, Expedia and Riad Dar Ourika for not notify me.
