Ahh Marrakech! We lived the Riad Almisk! Very beautiful and top notch. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was beautiful and perfect for a party of 4. Nice and spacious. This is a larger Riad. But so beautiful inside. It’s right on one of the main streets so you’ll walk out the front door into a bustling market place. But don’t let that deter you, once you step inside it’s peaceful and very quiet. Our dinner here was absolutely delicious. Easy walk to the Medina. Watch out for the parking scammers. Don’t pay what they ask, just tell them you’ll match public parking. They don’t own the property your parking on, they simply just want to take free money off unsuspecting tourists.

This property was truely amazing from the time we walked in to check in until we checked out. The places smelled amazing the whole time. The road was very clean and well decorated. The best part of this place is the staff. The front desk team as well as the staff on rooftop are the absolute best soo accommodating willing to help with directions and recommendations etc. This great place is only a 15 min to the big main square. Very close to a good currency exchange. Overall we would stay there 10 out of 10 times we were very please for our first trip to Marrakech Morocco

The property is beautiful. The staff very friendly and helpful. Location is close to site seeing and shopping area. We were very happy with our stay at this Riad, and I recommend it. I would love to stay at this Riad again should I visit Marrakech.

It felt very especial

All staff were friendly and service was great, they treat us with so much care and respect. The whole experience felt as if we were celebrating an especial occasion. The hotel features and decorations were beautiful and very original. I wish I could have stayed another night in the amazing looking spa the hotel has but hopefully in another opportunity.

Loved the Moroccan décor and breakfasts. Everything was impeccable and the staff very responsive. The hotel is within the old city walls so everything is very walkable from there. One thing to note: if you come during the day, cabs may not drive you to the front of the hotel because the streets are narrow and there are lots of pedestrians, so you may need to walk a couple of blocks from your drop off.

I don't think I have stayed in hotel where the service was as genuinely welcoming as we received from Karim and the team at Riad Almisk. They were all very patient with teaching us Tamazight words and we rewarded them with our poor attempts and speaking them. The room was luxurious and clean, with crispy cotton sheets, really good pillows! and a lovely bathroom. Lovely going to sleep thinking about breakfast - which was epic, and served with warmth and smiles. It was clear by the attention to detail that the whole place is run with a sense of pride by people who enjoy working there.

Good experience overall. Very well decorated hotel, clean and good location. The staffs are friendly. One thing we were disappointed was that we arranged breakfast to take away on the last day as we needed to leave early, confirmed a couple of time the day before, but there was nobody at reception in the morning to find. We waited over 10 minutes and we had to leave. Not pleasant experience as it changed our day and plan.

We had an excellent 5 day stay here, from arrival to leaving all staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t do enough to make sure the stay was pleasant. It’s a pretty new Riad not a hotel and has been painstakingly renovated to a high standard. Could have do with coffee/tea making facility in the room and a fridge. Would recommend.

The staff really make this place special beyond all other places I have stayed. They are good at what they do, but they are also really friendly, attentive in an open and honest way… the smiles are real and they always go that extra mile to make you feel at home. The riad itself is lovely and of an excellent standard - strong hot showers, spotlessly clean rooms, really comfy beds, and a great breakfast. It has also managed to retain the historical beauty of a traditional riad, while also retaining a sense of family. Someone has put a lot of thought into this business. It is in the Kasbar area of the old town, so it is close to so many wonderful places to see, and some really good street food close by. I had planned on returning to the city next year and trying another riad, but now the Riad Almisk is the only place I will stay in future when I visit the city. I don’t care what fancy things the best hotels have, as they cannot beat what the Riad Almisk has, which is soul.

This was my our first time to Morocco and decided to stay in a Riad. After reading reviews, we selected Riad Almisk. We were very pleased. Mustafa our daily servicer or any additional needs, was truly amazing!!! Abdul at the front desk was also great! I would recommend this Riad. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating.

The Riad Almisk was a gem of a find located in the Kasbah area of Marrakech and within easy walking distance to the Jemaa el Fna. There are only 10 rooms and the 2 we had were a really high standard- very spacious, clean and with great facilities (including a kettle and TV). we had a tour with Karim who was excellent and very friendly- they have a very nice spa area for a hamman (steam and massage) though we didn't have time unfortutnately. They provided a welcoming mint tea on the rooftop terrace which is lovely and this was also where we had an excellent breakfast. Karim organised transport which was very good standard too and they took our party on the 3 hour driver to the coast at a reasonable cost. I would definitely stay here again - Shukran

A Gem of a Riad!

This is a gem of a riad in the Khasbar area of Marrakech. The local street is fantastic - great little cafes - Marana was fantastic for fresh meat skewers and a Moroccan salad. Karim and all the team at Almisk were genuinely hospitable and may our stay so comfortable. Breakfast was great and served on the roof terrace till 11. Great little sun spots on the terrace for afternoon chill time. The room was amazing (number 1) on ground floor and decor and tiling first class. We loved it and would definitely return. Hot air balloon flight was one of my best experiences yet - Morrocon Dream Balloons - bit more expensive through Viator but worth the extra for a truly professional experience. Quad biking for 3 hour trip was great fun too! So much to see and do! Location of the riad was perfect - you won’t be disappointed. Don’t be tempted to be too central - noisy at night. Take a warm jacket for the evenings and early morning.
