The room was clean and well kept and recently updated. Unfortunately, the hot water was not working on the night. We stayed this hotel is extremely close to the major highway 81 and the car and truck noise all night long is a big issue. Owner manager was good. Had coffee ready in the morning. All good

Hotel was close to the interstate and you could easily hear the traffic. Room was clean, however definitely needed paint and some attention. However, for the price, it was what we needed for 1 night stay. TV had Dish Network service which we enjoyed. Refrigerator and microwave was nice to have!

The owner was very friendly and treated our dog really well. Before we arrived, they called to let us know the showers didn’t have hot water, which was disappointing since we still paid full price. The AC and heat both worked great, but the room wasn’t very clean and felt a bit uncomfortable. The price was decent, and the location was alright. No breakfast, but there’s a Jack’s close by. Overall, it wasn’t the worst stay, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Very clean. Friendly staff. There is road noise and a train. But that is to be expected and obvious due to its location near the highway. I have 4 stars only because the water would not get hot in the shower. It was barely warm. Others I spoke to said this was not typical of the hotel though. No place to walk your pup, BUT... there is a dog park beside the gas station on the other side of the overpass!

Please fix leaks (most likely from roof) and replace moldy sheetrock/drywall (bleach and paint doesn't cure mold, it only masks the mold). I've had a sinus infection for going on four days now because of the mold. Also hot water only lasts about 3/5 minutes before turning lukewarm/cold.

This motel is a budget motel. I didn't expect the "Ritz." However, the preview said that it had been recently remodeled and that it provided a continental breakfast. I guess the remodeling was to take out carpet and lay vinyl flooring. That was fine. There was crayon/pen markings on the inside of the door and the walls need to be painted. However, the worst part was the bathroom. The towel bar was off the wall (one of the brackets remained). The tub was missing the plug drain plug. The tub itself seemed dirty (or was that stain?). But, the worst part is that there was black mold on the walls of the bathroom. And, the ceiling tiles had these strange black things (ribbon? tape?) at several of the corners. All in all, it was a bad experience. And, that was inside. Of course, it is RIGHT on the Interstate so traffic noise was pretty loud.
