We were there over the Christmas holidays and I’ve stayed there several times before on Christmas Day. They did not have any breakfast and the next day. They only had a few items. Also, the year before I brought my pet and was charged for the stay a minimum fee however they have changed that now and they charge you per day. I wish they would’ve advertise that I would’ve stayed somewhere else.

So many things aren’t working. The major one is TV reception. Unable to watch there is so much static and zigzag across the picture. The voice breaking so u can’t understand the dialogue. The lamps have receptacles to plug in electronic devices but they some too loose to use. The key cards to get into the room kept not working. The beds were comfortable and the staff is great.

I had an issue with the staff I paid with a debit card which paid for the room when it ran the first time and they continued to try to run my card several times I even showed them the receipt that was emailed to me and showed that the money was taken off the card and they continued to try to run my card.

I had a lovely stay and was very pleased with the quality of my accommodations and the truly friendly staff. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot rate that portion of my survey. Should I travel to Marion again I will certainly stay at Comfort Inn and Suites. I highly recommend it. Definitely worth it.

I appreciate that The staff were not being overbearing. They were very polite and helpful. I had several children for my daughter’s birthday sleepover and they got pretty rowdy but nobody was rude about it. The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean.
