Horrible beds

. Beds very uncomfortable, my mom left a day early because the beds. She couldnt sleep well, back and hips were hurting so bad after one night. I didnt sleep well but stayed both nights as i had paid for the room and had a 10 hr drive. I do not get to see my mom but once a year so this trip being cut short was very disappointing. Probabky wont stay at a other Best Western and defiantly wont recommend it..

The room was very pleasant, very clean and very comfortable. All the amenities were great. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom area with sea tub, and the commode is a very tight space. We heard hallway, noise, vehicle noise and noise on the floor above us would this prevent me from staying there again no it would not.

The exterior is pretty plain, but the interior is very nice. The property was well kept and clean. The staff we had interaction with friendly and polite. The breakfast was good.

Want a romantic evening with my husband so I book a suite with a fireplace and jetted bathtub. Room was nice, everything we wanted until we tried to turn on the fireplace (only needed to use a light switch) it didn’t work. Called the desk and was given some line about carbon monoxide (it’s an electric fireplace) (and if you are having a carbon monoxide problem I don’t want to stay there) and that the fireplaces are only seasonal. It was Sept 20. Bathtub only got luke warm. I will never stay there again. Waste of money

Would definitely recommend and return.

The young gentleman at check-in was super. Everything went very smooth and he was helpful in recommending restaurants. The fresh cookies were a pleasant surprise. The room was very nice, clean and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of meats, scrambled eggs, hash browns and wide selection of continental items. The attendant was super friendly and offered very helpful info to Glacier National Park.
