The one lady who checked in was really nice but the other manager/owner? Was the rudest, most angry, unprofessional person I've ever seen in the hospitality industry. We honestly were made very uncomfortable and booked another hotel around the corner. While the villa is nice it's really a gilded mansion with very minimal if not gauche interior design, just an afterthought. Felt very soulless.

I chose to stay here for my first trip to St. Maarten, and I’m so glad I did. Everything about my stay was absolutely immaculate. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — especially Ann, who truly made the experience even more special. The property offers stunning views, a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, and plenty of on-site amenities to enjoy. Each morning the guests were treated to a fresh breakfast from a local bakery, which was such a lovely touch. Since the property is located at the top of a mountain, I highly recommend renting a car with a strong engine to make getting up and down easy. Also, the outlets are European, so if you’re visiting from the U.S., be sure to bring an adapter and converter. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Maarten!

il posto di per sé è gradevole fuori dal caos solo che è assente il servizio. Non ci sono trasporti quindi sei costretto ad affittare la macchina , non c è un bar sempre aperto quindi abbiamo dovuto chiedere al taxi di fermarci a comprare l acqua prima di arrivare , non ci sono le pulizie giornaliere , non c è una reception h24 , non c è ristorante per la cena quindi se non hai la macchina non mangi e non bevi . Su 5 giorni prenotati siamo rimasti solo 1 notte ovviamente non c è stato neanche un rimborso parziale!!! diciamo che per 300 euro a notte sull isola hai una vastissima scelta .
