Why stay in an ordinary home when you can enjoy your own private tropical oasis? In this uniquely designed layout, a main house and guest house encircle a luxurious courtyard with a heated pool and hot tub. The main house offers two king beds a murphy bed and two bathrooms, while the guesthouse comes with a king bed, one bathroom and kitchenette. The property also includes a one-car garage.

Take a look at the photos of the courtyard. The setting looks so enticing you might think it’s a mirage. But this oasis really does exist, and it’s filled with everything you need for the perfect tropical vacation.

Splash in the heated pool in the midst of lush tropical ferns and plants. Luxuriate in the raised hot tub listening to the rustling of the palm trees in poolside planters. Sip a cool beverage beneath the shade of a thatched umbrella. Recline on sun loungers watching the kids play with all the pool toys that come with the house while the family barbeque chef uses the gas grill to serve lunch on the shaded table. Then it’s back in the pool, because the southern exposure means a full day of sun shines on this tropical oasis.

Inside, sunlight streams through floor-to-ceiling windows, brightening the plank tile floors and coastal turquoise walls. Decorative shells and starfish enhance the calming seaside ambience.

The bright, summer kitchen features an island counter and comes stocked with all the appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner or blend a batch of cocktails to sip in the hot tub as the setting sun casts palm tree shadows on the lanai.

Very nice, clean home, with a large pool in a private courtyard lanai. There are three separate sleeping areas each with a king bed. Easy walk to restaurants and bars on South Marco, and easy walk to nearby public beach.

Great family pre-holiday trip to this home. Plenty of space for 4 people (2 young adult children), beach wagon with chairs worked out great for the short distance walk to the beach. Bikes used to ride around the local streets and to the Pickleball park (just need an air pump for tires and balls).

Better than the pictures, this is a beautiful layout for a house

I've visited many homes in my travels and never come across such a neat layout as this house. Open the front door and you enter the screened courtyard with pool, of which the rest of the house surrounds it. I may not have described this well enough. Suffice it to say this is a nice home to vacation in. Spacious and each bedroom very private and I can say our mattress very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, they have a great grill and outside table that's under cover (in the shade).We had minor issues and contacted the property manager who replied immediately and had someone at the house right away. I was impressed with the property manager. Although I did give 1 less star in the review for check-in. The reason is they request you to stop by their office a few miles away to pick up a sign-in package. It's just the garage door opener. Which you then have to drive back after staying to return. This isn't necessary and a waste of our time.However, the location of the house is perfect. It's in walking distance to one of the main beach access paths. It's also a block or so away from a plaza with two great restaurants, a very good ice cream store and bar. All of which we tried and recommend.Long story is we all said we enjoyed staying at this home. I would definitely vacation here again. Thank-you to the Owners.

The perfect spot on Marco!

Hard to understand how cool this places just by the pictures. You open the front door to a screen enclosed courtyard with pool and spa surrounded by the main house and guesthouse, it’s pretty spectacular. Two blocks from public beach access. One block from great restaurants. What a perfect stay! House is equipped with most everything you’d need. The place is clean, beds are comfortable. Andrew the property manager was extremely prompt responding to emails and messages. My one gripe is all of the bikes were in disrepair, and on a small island like this biking around can be really fun and convenient! We managed to get two bikes into working order, but then found there are no locks so we gave up. Minor inconvenience, and certainly didn’t ruin anything. We very much plan on coming back, my Dad was already looking ahead on the booking calendar for next year!

This house is beautiful!! Perfect setup, location, accessories.. Beyond 5 stars. It has everything you need and more. Two toilets needed attention while we stayed, and they were fixed promptly!! Very impressed with the overall service and house, will definitely stay here again and recommend to those looking to stay on Marco Island.

Great adult getaway location

This was a really unique property. You enter the house into a screened in beautiful garden with a lovely pool. The three private bedrooms with baths surround this garden and pool. Perfect for three couples plus a Murphy bed if needed. Many special touches that made our stay really special. Very close to great restaurants. We will be back!

Perfect Vacation!!!

Property was perfect!! Ideal location, I'm not sure you can get much better then this spot. Restaurants right behind the property, but little noticeable noise. Beach 5 minute walk, You rarely have to move your car except grocery shopping. Great pool, Hot tub, guest house was really cool. If I had to mention any negatives it would probably be the lack of glassware in the kitchen though that really wasn't much of an issue at all. Great vacation Great time!!!!

Location great - this property mainly about the pool, had issues with the pool first algae, took days to clean up and then the heater to pool & spa kept being disconnected, loss use of the pool/spa for a number of days, otherwise everything else was great

Fun getaway

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. We really had a nice time at this property. Set up is great for couples that are traveling together. Pool area is beautiful. Had a love/hate relationship with the location. It's a very short walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach; however, since it backs right up to the restaurants it can get loud. Biggest concern was the ask to keep the gate unlocked to allow the pool cleaners access. There are simple solutions available to eliminate this requirement.

3 adult couples stayed this week and we were so happy with everything! The house was amazing, the heated pool was well utilized. We loved having literally everything within walking distance! - the first day, being unfamiliar with the area we tried driving to the beach- it is WAY easier to just walk - we also ate at pinchers (good and quick), the oyster society (amazing sushi), steak and seafood prime (make reservations if you want to sit inside), 2 sheas salty dogs (good bar food), Quinn’s on the beach (beat Miami vice I've ever had), La Tavola (the best meal and dessert) - all of these restaurants were also within walking distance -overallall perfect location, perfect house, perfect vacation!!

Relaxing!!

Loved the location and size of home. It was unique, fun, full of pool toys and items for the beach. The vibe of the house was super fun! 2 things to improve and could be related to pandemic ( lack of help ) : Garage was full, so we couldn't park our car in there. And, there was a lack of supplies: trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Wish the lights on the Tiki hut worked because that would of been fun at night. We spent a huge amount of our vacation time hanging out at the house. :)

The perfect place!

This was our 2nd visit to this property, our adult and teen children asked to go back. The house setting is just awesome, we let our kids sleep in the main house and my husband and I stayed in the pool house. The location is absolutely perfect for us we were a block from EVERYTHING! Beach, restaurants, shopping. We had a slight issue with the washing machine while we were there and it was taken care of by the end of the day! Great property and management. Can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely perfect beach home

We LOVED our stay at this home. It was the perfect oasis, a short walk from the beach. I am a mom to 4 kiddos, and I so appreciated the layout of those home. The gorgeous pool and outdoor dining area are central to all indoor living spaces and bedrooms, I could even watch my bigger kids swim from my bed! Everything a family needs for fun in the pool/at the beach was in the garage and the owners are very attentive. We hope to be back in the future!

What a fun property! Pool is amazing!!

Very unique set up as a villa, with bedrooms around the pool. Our group loved the house, so close to the beach! I would love to buy this vacation home :-) Thank you for a very clean and comfortable stay.

Amazing house

House was clean and everything you need is there for you to use. The location is great. Only a short walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be renting the property again! The layout is perfect for 3 couples. The bedrooms are all separate and all open up to the pool in the courtyard. Not the best option if you have numerous smaller kids that you need to tend to during the night.
