This home is located in the Marco Island Historic area , which can be enjoyed by cruising around on your complimentary bicycle beach cruiser or pick out a golf cart to rent and cruise in from the local rental business. Plenty of parking is available for local restaurants and shopping if you are using a car.

Venture out and take advantage of Sunset Boat tours. Or hop on the Marco Island Key West Express Boat that travels to Key west for the day, or if you decide to stay overnight, that's all up to you! Drive to 45 min to Jet Blue Park or various other Major League Baseball spring time ball games. Bring the kids to the Golisano Children's Museum and the Naples Zoo, for a few hours, then come back to Marco for your choice of many restaurants for outside or inside dining you wont forget! Spend hours strolling around the beaches sipping wine while watching the tropical sunsets. For your convenience, you will have access to all appliances, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only area that is off-limits is the housekeeper's closet, a long rectangular closet located in the hallway. Additionally, please do not touch the irrigation controls, osmosis water system, water sprinklers, pool control, the well, or the boat lift equipment on the dock. No boats are allowed at the dock.
