"This property is stunning. We have been traveling to Marco for many years and this is our favorite place yet. The location is conveniently located on the island and easy to get to restaurants and beaches within 5 minutes or less. When we arrived and entered the garage we were greeted with 5 new bikes, 4 electric scooters, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys and games. Upon entering the home, it felt welcoming, spotless and inviting. The design of this newly built home is beautiful and the furniture is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, dishes, cookware, etc. you could need and there is a separate bar area with a beverage refrigerator and a wine cooler. The dining table is long and spacious, with plenty of room for meals or family game night.
Tanya was a gracious host. We didn’t need much while we were there, but she was responsive and kind when we did.
Whether this is your first time coming to Marco or you are a seasoned vacationer, this property does not disappoint. We are so grateful for our stay celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday and for creating more family memories in Marco, our happy place. We will definitely be back!

Each of the homes four bedrooms is designed with guest comfort in mind. Fall asleep beneath luxurious linens and wake up refreshed for another exciting (or relaxing!) day at the beach.

Just like the bedrooms, the bathroom is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The master ensuite has one full bathroom with a luxe walk-in shower. All of the bathrooms are stocked with spa quality amenities and plush towels for your convenience and comfort.

The chef style kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to comfortably host intimate dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The inside dining table can seat up to 6, as well as the island area to seat 4.

There is a central living space upon entry of the home. It boasts comfortable seating for everyone in your party. There’s also a large flat-screen Smart TV.

There is a desk located in the Master Suite should you need to do a little work during your visit.

While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the home also provides its own outdoor sanctuary for guests to enjoy. We invite you to enjoy the island air from the lanai with the heated pool & spa. There are plenty of seating areas for guests to sip morning coffee or enjoy a happy hour drink as the sun goes down. There is large outdoor kitchen for al fresco meals.

**Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

To enhance your protection, this property is equipped with 4 outdoor cameras featuring audio capabilities situated at the exterior of the house. The camera will be actively recording the following areas throughout the duration of your reservation:
