This condo was situated perfectly! The view was outstanding, we spent time on the balcony watching the pool, the bay, and the marina. We saw dolphins! We liked the comfy rocking chairs and outdoor couch (better than had it been table with chairs). It is on second floor with a close elevator and stairs were not far away either. The property is maintained beautifully. We had so many things within easy walking distance too. Our favorites included the Dolphin Tiki and Snook Inn but there were so many others as well. Walking felt very safe. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the temperature. It was nice that you could fish off the dock but you do have to go to the a tax collector behind the Publix to get a temporary license to fish. The Pelican Marina was so convenient for ice, drinks (it has a cute little bar) and bait. The staff was super nice as was the staff at the condo. We cooked breakfast at the condo and enjoyed brewed coffee although there was also a pod machine if that’s your thing. The furniture was very comfortable and the TV was good as well. Oh, and the shower was heavenly too. Loved our time spent here.
