LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!!! Beautifully appointed townhome directly across the street from Horseshoe Bay Resort. The first floor master bedroom features a nice, comfy king bed - a walk in closet and a full bath. Upstairs, there is a secondary bedroom with (4) twin beds and a full bathroom (2 are upper bunk beds). This condo has a fully stocked kitchen and luxury 5 star resort quality linens. Enjoy some time outside on the deck area and cook on the gas grill if you’d like. There is a private pool for townhouse owners and guests. Whether you're coming for business, wedding, family time, or a romantic getaway - you're going to love it!

OWNER MANAGED AND PRIVATELY OWNED TOWNHOUSE!

We have a fully equipped and stocked kitchen so you will have no problem preparing your own meals while you're here. Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee out on the deck (we provide a few k-cups for your stay but feel free to bring your favorites with you).

In the living room there is a comfortable couch and the dining area seats 6-8 comfortably. The bathrooms are stocked with resort quality towels and all standard amenities including hair dryers.

We have flat-screen internet ready televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. There is also free high-speed internet access (password provided).

We have a washer and dryer in the unit including detergent and fabric softener.

You will have access to the private pool that is for townhouse owners/guests only. This is located near our unit. It is rarely used - so it's practically private. You will love the fact that you can bring your own food and drinks into this pool area (no glass please).

STAIRS: There are stairs outside of the unit to access both the front and back door. If you have trouble using stairs this might be an issue. Please contact us before booking to discuss this.

Horseshoe Bay itself is an amazing place to visit and you will love it here!

There is great fishing in Horseshoe Bay! You can drop a line any number of places so please ask us for our favorite spots or you can book a guided fishing excursion with one of the local fishing companies.

You can rent boats from the LBJ Yacht Club and Marina or boats and jet skis from Splash Rentals in Kingsland.

There are also many local day trips that are wonderful!

* Hiking in Enchanted Rock (one hour drive)
* Shopping, eating, and drinking in Downtown Marble Falls (10 minutes)
* Tons of great Restaurants (we will provide a GREAT list once you book!)

You will have access to the complete townhouse with exception to the garage/storage area.

We will be available by phone (call or text anytime 24/7). We live in Horseshoe Bay full time so we are close by if you need anything at all. We know the area very well and can answer any questions you have or even help you with the planning phase of your visit so please don't hesitate to ask.

Horseshoe Bay is gorgeous and many people enjoy their morning and evening walks around the area!

There is a parking space right below the townhouse, but are not assigned: there is an overflow lot next door.

NOTE: We also have (2) one bedroom condos and a three bedroom townhouse available so if you prefer more room or are traveling with a group we can help you with that as well. We network with other HSB owners too so if our unit is booked or you are traveling with a group let us know and we will help you get your trip all set up! We are HSB experts!
