Overall well maintained, nice staff. Didnt get requested first floor (upon making reservation, online checkin, call to property on arrival day.) Black grout mold in shower. Coffee maker in room but no coffee caraffe. Likely not stay again at this premium price. Will be surprised if this feedback results in anything to remedy customer satisfaction.
