Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Only issue we had was noise. Our room was right next to the breakfast room and we could hear the waffle maker goo by off every few minutes, it was hard to sleep in.

Really nice hotel. Our only complaints were 1) TV in room was really old and didn't work well, and 2) all drinks at breakfast were served out of common use carafes so anyone who poured a drink would be touching the mouth of the carafe to open the lid... not very hygienic.

The hotel itself is convenient and beautiful with great staff and a perfect location on the lake, unfortunately there was some construction nearby you could see from our window and you could see straight down to the hottub from our room. Aside from that which is really a nitpick more than anything else this is one of the nicest and friendliest places I’ve stayed in a long time.
