This B&B was perfect for meeting up with all our college age kids for a weekend with HillCountry excursions. And it’s right next to MarbleFalls downtown square shopping/music. And only a 3 minute drive (or longer walk) to family restaurants on the river - beautiful! Pam keeps a very clean B&B and was quick to answer a couple questions we had leading up to our stay. (Thank you Pam! :)

Front bedroom had a mildew smell but the rest of the house was quaint and comfortable. None of the 3 outdoor patio spots were cleaned for use -all looked like they had not been cleaned for months. No washer/dryer available despite adequate space for it next to plumbing in back bedroom oversized closet.

Sweet Little House

I stayed here with friends. The house is comfortable and spacious. Love how it is decorated. Beds were comfortable and it is in a very convenient location. I highly recommend staying here. Pamela was very nice and helpful. What a fun weekend!

We took a vote and my 4 boys agreed to give this a 12 out of 10 stars. The downtown location is very walkable to all the shops and restaurants and the property was perfect for our family. We will be back!
