• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Boat trailer parking is available. The detached carport is not available for guest use. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.
• Security cameras: This home has two exterior cameras—one at the front door monitoring the front walkway, and one on the storage garage in the back (no guest access) monitoring that area. Cameras do not face any interior spaces.
• Fireplace/woodstove: The living room fireplace is decorative only. Bedroom 2 has a woodstove; firewood is not provided.
• Local environment: This is Hill Country—bugs and scorpions can be present despite regular professional pest control.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

Good location for easy access to downtown Marble Falls. This is pet friendly which is why we keep booking here. They have a small fenced in yard, on a 2 acre lot. I have seen alot of deer and did see one cougar, so keep an eye on small pets... this is a great place with the choice of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom rental. Will definitely be back as long as they dont sell.....

The rental was nice and clean. However we were expecting a hot tub and were disappointed to find that it was gone (despite being in the pictures online). The cleaning for departure instructions were more than I had experienced in other rentals ( i.e. you have to have the dishes washing in dishwasher as you leave, etc. ). Overall it was ok, but don’t know that I would use the same rental again.

Marble Falls Treat
We greatly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home on Stadium View Drive. The town is full of cute shops and boutiques and other interesting things. We enjoyed drives into the countryside, viewing the river and noted that Akiane the youthful artist’s work is displayed in town. There are several nice restaurants, and other interesting things to do in the area.The home is very appealing and very welcoming and enjoyable. We loved the country feel, beautiful woods and very private location although within five minutes of downtown. We even noticed bluebonnets coming up near the front door. The King bed was very comfortable and the updates were all beautiful. The hot tub was great and very much appreciated and helped both our lower back and other joint issues. We would highly recommend this location for future travelers in the lovely town of Marble Falls.

The house felt secluded but was close to everything.
We had a really nice time. The hot tub was great, the little fenced in yard, it was very clean and organized. A lovely property that was warm and inviting. I definitely over packed. The kitchen was pretty stocked with basics, which was very appreciated. We needed that little get away. Thanks so much!

Girls get away
A co-worker had a wedding reception and we got this super cute house! It was perfect for 5 women. We loved the hot tub and the house was exactly what we wanted. And the communication with owners was fast.
The ONLY thing I would change is that on verbo it doesn’t say there is another room you can add to the stay. We would have loved to get that space as well.
