This magnificent villa is located in a peaceful area near the Marbella city centre and the beach. With a maximum capacity of 8 guests, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, a WC, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, pool and garden. Fantastic Villa, really enjoyed our stay, felt very secure & the size, location and layout was perfect. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk & the beach & old town Marbella only 10-15 walk each direction. We used UBER to go to Puerto Banus & further afield a couple of times & they were there within minutes. The kitchen has everything you need & the rooms have good storage. My only feedback would be that there needs to be soft coverings provided for the lovely loungers, & maybe more comfortable bedding but everything else 10/10 & would definitely return.

What a fantastic villa in a great location, close to supermarket, 20min walk to beach or into old town. Lots of space for 6 adults & a teen. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated during our stay & although they did try to fix during the week, we ended up being refunded without question. Due to the proximity of the trees, which gave shade in the afternoon the pool also needed cleaning after a particularly bad storm. A couple of niggles were that the main shower was broken, there were no towels in the kitchen for drying pots, bath mats were needed due to the baths being slippy when wet & the main step from the pool area into the patio area caught us all out a few times, this could be painted along the edge to differentiate. Saying that, none of this spoiled our stay in the villa & we would highly recommend it

Villa is fabulous and very comfortable. It has everything you need. It is near busy road but very quiet when you are inside. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book it again.Great communication with Sergio and owners.Small problem with pool very quickly fixed.

Fantastic Villa, facilities were great, great communication from the owners. 2 Small issues. Beds in Master bedroom very very hard, i travel with my work to lots of European vacations and must say these are the hardest beds i have every slept on.Pool heater was not working at the time, which did impact the amount of time we were able to swim.

It was lovely house and very clean. Great check in and check out service. Good communication from the owners. We had a lovely weekend.Please note that you have to pay for the pool to be heated, this is extra, which we did not realise when we booked it. The heat pump was not working so we couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold, which was unfortunate.

This is a wonderful property that had everything we needed. The reality more than lives up to the listing and pictures. The kids (and adults) loved the pool, which is a really great size, and there is plenty of seating areas both inside and out. The location worked perfectly for us being a 15 min walk from the beach and the old town, with a supermarket only a couple of minutes away. The communication with the manager was easy with Jose responding very quickly to any questions.We would definitely stay again if we are in the area again.

Stayed here with friends - 4 adults and 3 children.We were very kindly allowed to check in early, and José showed us around the amazing villa.Villa had everything we needed - lack of air con in children’s bedroom didn’t bother us, as found the air con in double bedroom was powerful enough to cool down both.Dia supermarket just a 5 minute walk away that had everything we needed. 15 minute walk to the beach one way, and to old town the other way.Would highly recommend this villa.

Family Stay

Villa had everything we needed. In resort contact was quick to respond when needed. The pool was a great size, but note after winds it’ll need a clean due to all the trees in close proximity. Main thing to note was two bedrooms got very warm with having no aircon and the children ended up with the parents. Location was great we took Ubers to most places with ease. Local shop had everything we needed and tennis courts were only a few mins away. All good overall.

The most beautiful villa

We couldn’t have faulted our stay here, the hosts were so accommodating and amazing at communicating, they arranged taxis for us etc and were so helpful. The villa itself is BEAUTIFUL!! Was so clean and we couldn’t fault it. The villa is in a great location and close to everything, thank you guys so much again.

Marbella villa

A lovely villa, which had everything we could have needed for our stay. The location was good, about a 10/15 min walk to the beach front and 20 mins to old town Marbella The pool was great, and so much outdoor seating for us to enjoy. Only criticism is that the pool filter was on a timer and off dor most of the day which meant the leaves built up in the pool. Otherwise a great stay

Well equipped villa

Stayed here in May 2025 with couples. Found the villa to be in a great location, easily walkable down to the seafront. The villa had everything you would need, the kitchen was well equipped. Villa was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Over all we were all very pleased and impressed. We had a slight issue with the pool and we contacted the property manager who responded straight away and fixed the issue , so full marks for communication.The only thing to mention was some of our party thought the beds were too hard, and as per previous reviews, you are near to a busy road but this did not affect our enjoyment of the stay

Great Villa on the edge of town.

Situation perfect if you want access to the town without the noise. Nice large rooms large outdoor area great pool. Well provided kitchen. How to improve Have WiFi enabled Smart TV for device connections rather than by wire. Next door trees mean limited sun around pool Protectors on all of the mattresses meant sleeping was not as comfortable and a little hot.

Amazing 50th birthday weekend with friends

Had an amazing weekend here!! The villa is well equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious. 5 min walk to a supermarket that catered for all our needs, 20min walk to centre. Private, plenty of sunbeds and chairs for everyone, comfortable 4 double bedrooms. Good response from the managing agent when we needed him. Fantastic holiday, would recommend!!

Beautiful outside/pool area

Brilliant villa with excellent communication from both the owners and villa management (Jose). Equipped with everything you need and the outside/pool area is one of the best we’ve had. It is on a main road but this didn’t bother us. The location is excellent with a supermarket up the road and only a 15 minute walk to the beach etc however it is on a very steep incline. One thing to point out, although air conditioned, bedrooms 3 and 4 aren’t. We were a family of 4 staying so this doesn’t bother us, but I do think it should be noted on the listing. All in all would highly recommend, we had a fabulous time.

Ideal villa in easy reach of everything Marbella offers

Lovely spacious , well equipped villa, benefited massively from air-conditioning. Great pool with areas of shade which was much appreciated. Proximity to beach and the old town put everything in walking distance, which suited us perfectly. We would definitely stay again

Friends weekend away

I spent the most wonderful 3 nights at the villa with x4 girlfriends pre-wedding. The villa was well equipped and a great location. Definitely need the pool heated as would be too cold otherwise! Would love to go back for longer next time! :)

Trip with teens

We took 4 teenage girls here and they loved it! It’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. You have a supermarket just up the road and Ubers are cheap and quick to help get around if you don’t want to drive. The villa is well thought out and has plenty of space. I can’t think of anything we needed that it didn’t have. We had a lovely time exploring the local area and felt very safe. A great family villa.

Great stay

Lovely 4 night stay in the villa, everything went as planned. Great location for the beach, restaurants and bars . The villa was clean and good size rooms. Sun terrace off the main room for some early evening sunshine.
