The urbanization is a small plot with only 11 houses, with a swimming pool in the center, with a shallow area and just 10 minutes from the promenade, with a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants and bars.
Likewise, just a 20-minute walk away, you can reach the fine sandy coves of Playa del Rodeito and just 15 minutes more, you can reach one of the most luxurious ports in Spain, Puerto Banús.
The use of the swimming pool is temporary and will be closed at certain times of the year. It is advisable to check availability and conditions of use in advance.
