Welcome to our cozy and stylish studio in the heart of downtown Manteo, NC! This beautiful space is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to experience the charm and convenience of living in one of the Outer Banks' most historic and picturesque towns full of history and rich in culture.
The studio is located in a prime location a block from the Manteo waterfront. You'll also find a variety of unique shops, restaurants, and cafes just steps away from your front door. It's also only 12 minutes from Nags Head beaches.
Inside the second floor 690sqft studio, you'll find a comfortable queen-sized bed and a modern bathroom with an in suite washer and dryer. The living area is equipped with a cozy sofa, smart TV with cable, and internet. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils and dishes to whip up a delicious meal.
Start your morning watching the sunrise just over the sound viewable from the front of the unit and outdoor areaway.
For your convenience, we provide all linens, towels, and toiletries. You can pull right up to the steps of the building to unload and there are many areas to park including behind the building (my everyday go to), in front, street, and a huge new city parking lot 1 block away. Please keep in mind the unit is accessible only by stairs.

The property was immaculately clean. The location great. We were there for 6 nights and really appreciated the fact that there was plenty of toilet paper, coffee, shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, etc. The studio was well stocked which was nice. Bed and pillows were good. We will stay here again!

This was a great place for us to stay on our first visit to the OBX. The location in the middle of the OBX made it easy to visit a a good chunk of the area and it is a short drive to Fort Raleigh, the Wright memorial, and the Hatteras seashore. With the residence being in the heart of the Manteo social district, there are several great restaurants within a brief walking distance so we did not need to jump in the car every night to go to dinner. There are also some great restaurants just about 10-15 minutes drive back to Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills. Our host Laurie met us when we arrived as she had saved a parking spot for us since there was a downtown festival going on the day we arrived. I usually was able to get a spot in front but if those spots were full, there is parking in the back of the building. Laurie is super nice and even carried one of our suitcases up to the unit. The unit was very clean and it was great having a full kitchen and a Keurig machine. There were a good assortment of pods available and we had brought our own with us as well. There were pots, pans, utensils, olive oil and spices. There are two grocery stores just a couple minutes away in Manteo.. The full size bathroom was also nice and there was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a huge benefit as you can pack fewer items and run a load of laundry. Also fewer dirty clothes to bring home.

The pictures don't do justice to how nicely decorated this apartment is! Everything we needed for our stay was provided. There were plenty of nice (new) towels. The kitchen was well equipped....but we got take out or went out to eat every night. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Our Doodle went into a mourning period when we came back home. He had gotten used to being walked over to Festival Park a couple of times a day. We loved the location and would stay there again.

This is a perfect place for a weekend get-away! My husband and I loved the location and how you can walk to so many shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk. Cute Studio Apartment
