Convenient location BUT...
Pros:
-conveniently located above a shopping centre
-new hotel
-friendly staff
Cons:
- our airport pick up was unorganised. We walked around and waited, tried calling the hotel but it just kept ringing. Someone finally picked the phone and told us to wait for our transport at Avis (which they didnt bother telling us when I book the pick up over the phone). Waited for our pick up for another 30-40mins. it took us 2 hours until we finally got into a car
- NO WIFI FOR 2 DAYS!! We were told it was the internet providers fault
- the breakfast included in the deal is NOT buffet breakfast. You go to the cafe next door and choose ONE meal from the menu.
-only 1 iron in the whole hotel. We requested for it and it never came
-requested for a kettle and it never came either
-cant make local calls from our room. All calls had to be transfered from reception which was a pain when you're trying to track down a missing luggage from the airport
-theres a sewer smell coming out of toilet when it hasnt been used for a while.
Its not worth the amount of money we paid for this hotel. Will not recommend nor go back here again
