We checked in this Sept 2025 and we forgot a basketball in the room. We called the reception and keeps me waiting for a long time. So called the hotel according to the reception it’s already in the counter but when I arrived they just keep on telling go this person then when you talk to the person go to this person. I’m so frustrated with that one ball the personnel are not honest. That is why I did not rate excellent

The info provided at the desk ( number of people in a room) is not the same as what is advertised in expedia. Nevertheless the lady at the desk was quick to rectify and offered me a late check out. A little bit of hassle though which caused delay during check in

Not a hotel for business travelers or those seeking a quiet experience. Very family and tourist oriented hotel. Executive lounge presents itself as a upscale affair with high standards, but my experience is that it was an overflowing, loud daycare with cafeteria food. No place to have a quiet conversation or get any work done. I had a one-bedroom suite, which was well appointed. However, the decor was bland and the furniture was uncomfortable. Hallways smelled of smoke. Room service app didn't work, so I had to call to get the menu and make an order. For all of the pretentiousness, Seda Vertis North does not live up to the hype.
