Check in was very slow. Not a good experience when you have traveled all day and than have to wait 30 minutes to get your key. Need bigger front deck and more people checking people in rather than standing around smiling. Hot water in the showers was ordinary at best, and drainage does not keep up with shower and overflows onto bathroom floor. Not my ideal place to stay, but if you like spending your time waiting, go for it.

The staff were wonderful but the rooms that we booked were quite small - hardly not much space to move around with our luggage. They have a beautiful. large lobby but not really reflected in the room size. Also, the other room that we booked seemed not fully cleaned when given to us. The room smelled like food, dusts could be seen on the table, and the shower area was clogged. Housekeeping were very busy and at times won't answering calls. I'd say, the hotel with its many rooms need more people. The staff's attitudes were wonderful but management needs to think about adding more people to provide a more quality service.
