Beautiful location, clean and well maintained property. It’s a nice , peaceful, quiet resort over looking the ocean. Friendly staff and beautiful room. Elizabet the manager has been wonderful since day one. She was also our guide for a couple of our day tours as well. Very knowledgable. We will definitely be back!

Very quiet at end of a road. On the water with fantastic views. Dont expect a beach we we didn't but ocean at door stop. Great pools awesome staff thanks to owner Kristina, Elizabeth and the staff.

Rooms,staff and facilities are perfect.

From my initial booking they emailed me and welcomed me and asked if there was anything I required before arriving. And the help never stopped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and the grounds are of the highest quality

What you see is what you get!

Pros: Quiet, well kept, great views.
Cons: Pickup from the airport was a very old van. NO air conditioner (all we got was warm fan air). More variety of food options.
Location: Not a lot of nearby activities as its on the East coast, but taxi drivers wonderful and happy to take yo places. Good local shops and food places.
What's on their website is exactly what you get when you arrive. Clean, friendly staff, rooms are fantastic (we had a deluxe ocean front). Some noise form renovations, but you have to do it sometime, wasn't that bad. Food was well prepared and presented, perhaps a little more variety needed (especially local style). Massages/Spa room was great and the girls knew what they were doing. The staff were super friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they remembered preferences quickly. Only issue, the owner lives on site - didn't always treat the staff the best. 10/10 Sea Breeze for visitor comfort.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
