As comodidades precisam de modernização e manutenção. Quarto com má circulação de ar, cheiro de mofo, ar condicionado com barulho insuportável, não gelava adequadamente. Alem do quarto não ser conforme a reserva. Reclamei na recepção e providenciaram um outro quarto de acordo com o que eu tinha reservado. Café da manha com poucas opções tudo bem básico e tendo que esperar a reposição pois colocavam pouca quantidade. Experiência não foi boa, pretendo não retornar.

Decepcionante, para começar, peguei um quarto e não percebi que o banheiro era de cortina, entrei em contato com o Hotéis.com e diretamente com o hotel para tentar alterar para um quarto superior com blindex, assim que entrei para fazer a reserva, o sistema me disse que eu teria até às 18h para cancelar ou alterar, mas quando fui tentar junto ao hotéis.com me disseram que não tinha como, pois na reserva estava que não poderia ser alterada. Então não tentei mais e, dei uma chance para o banheiro de cortina, pois bem, chegamos a noite fiz o check in e fomos ao quarto, que mas parece em um porão. Chegando no quarto, horrível por sinal, fui tomar um banho, normal, mas quando minha esposa entrou para tomar, cadê a água, sumiu, reclamei com o rapaz na portaria, que por sinal, prontamente tentou ajudar e, nos colocou em um quarto ao lado, chuveiro funcionava, mas tinha uma janela transparente no banheiro que dava para o corredor onde era a entrada do hotel, quem passava, dava para ver a pessoa tomando banho, ( a janela era no nível do chão, pq os quartos eram no andar de baixo) surreal isso, reclamei novamente, ele prontamente tentou ajudar novamente tentando arrumar uma cortina escura para tentar colocar na janela, por fim como não achou, nos colocou em um quarto no andar de cima que justamente o quarto que eu estava tentando mudar, fui para o quarto superior pelo preço do inferior. Café da manhã, fraquíssimo, acho que o hotel deveria colocar que é um café continental. 3 tipos de

Para ser ruim, precisa melhorar muito! Quarto sujo, com cheiro de mofo. O ar-condicionado não funcionava, faltava o botão. Roupa de cama suja. Banheiro extremamente sujo: a pia tinha cabelo e lodo, e o box, além de sujo, tinha uma barata morta. As fotos do site referentes ao quarto standard não condizem em nada com a acomodação em que fui alocada. Não buscava luxo, mas o mínimo que esperava era limpeza e higiene. O café da manhã foi impossível de consumir: pratos sujos, copos engordurados e talheres com restos de comida. Tentei tomar suco em copo descartável, mas era suco de pozinho. Só permaneci porque não consegui encontrar outro local e estava com uma criança; caso contrário, teria feito o checkout no momento em que entrei no quarto. Cheguei a sair para procurar outro lugar, mas não havia vagas. O checkout era às 12h, porém fui embora às 6h30, pois não havia condições de permanecer. As áreas comuns estavam sujas, tudo muito mal cuidado. A piscina estava limpa, mas com a borda encrostada. Péssima experiência. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Razoavel, as instalações precisam ser manutenidas com mais frequencia, o quarto fica com cheiro de mofo apos algumas horas fechadas; há paredes com várias manchas de infiltrações; atendimanto bom e educado; sugiro efetuar manutenção nos apartamentos da ala 100 - subsolo.
