Villetta Playa de Mar is basic but functional, cozy and essential. The verandah
is furnished with table, chairs and beach umbrella and you just need to
open the gate to be at the beach. The house consists of a living room with dining area and sofa, a kitchenette, a four-bed room
with double bed and bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. Moreover, it
is equipped with accessories such as mosquito nets on doors and windows, washing machine, outdoor shower and air conditioning in the living room.

Villetta Playa de Mar is by the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna,
where the sand is golden and the sea is clear. The city centre is 700
meters away and bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Nature
lovers need to visit the nature reserve and the mouth of Chidro river, 2 kilometers away and Salina dei Monaci which is 6 kilometers away. The closest beaches of Porto Cesareo are 10 kilometers away. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
