Beautifully upgraded 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.
Enter on the first floor, where you'll find both bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and large closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed plus a pyramid bunk bed (queen on bottom, twin on top) and has a private half bath. The main hall bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and a stackable washer/dryer is available for guest use.

Upstairs, the open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and access to a private deck. The living room has comfortable seating along with a queen sofa bed and a twin sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The dining area seats 6 and flows into the fully remodeled kitchen, which includes everything you need for home-cooked meals. The upstairs bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower, and there is also a convenient workspace at the top of the stairs.

This townhome is approximately 1,222 sq. ft. and offers plenty of space for families or groups. Guests enjoy access to Woodlands complex amenities, including a summertime heated pool and BBQ area, year-round hot tub and sauna, and on-site laundry.

This is a great townhouse.It is clean, well decorated, and very comfortable.All the lighting, fans, and heating units are updated and modernized. It also has the best kitchen that I have ever seen in a rental unit, and its completely stocked with everything you need. Checking in & checking out couldn't be easier. We look forward to staying here again.
